Accommodation

Blocks of rooms were reserved for participants of GPR'96. Participants will be able to book these rooms through the organization committee at a reduced rate. The hotels are located inside the downtown area and are within the walking distance from many restaurants and shopping malls.

Hotel reservation can be made by the attached application form for accommodation.

- Reservation will be made on a first-come, first served basis.
- Hotels are listed in the registration form. Please indicate your choice.
- Chartered bus will transport participants from Sendai Washington Hotel I/II to the conference site. All other hotels are located within the walking distance from Sendai Washington Hotel.
- Any changes after 2 August 1996 must be notified to GPR'96 c/o Tohoku Communications Inc.
- Reservation will be confirmed by Tohoku Communications Inc. only.
